Terms of service
By commissioning me, you automatically agree to all these terms.
✦ I do not accept rushed commissions.
✦ I have the right to refuse any commission for any reason.
✦ Prices are subject to change base on complexity , additional characters and background
✦ Payment is via PayPal
✦ Payment must be done 100% upfront before commission starts.
✦ No cancellations or refunds after payment are sent. Unless if for some reason I can’t do the commission anymore.
✦ If you pay via PayPal, there will be an additional charge due to transaction fee. I will use a fee calculator to count it.
Copyright and usage
✦ I own the rights to the artwork NOT the commissioner.
✦ I reserve the right to post the commissioned artwork online and in my portfolio as well.
✦ The commissioner is allowed to:
•use the artwork for personal use [Portraits]
•claim the rights to their characters
•print the artwork for themselves
•share the artwork publicly with proper credit to the artist
✦ The commissioner is NOT allowed to:
•take credit for the artwork
•use the artwork in any commercial manner [DM me for commercial use ]
• reproduce or resell the artwork as bulk products (e.g. merch and prints)
•alter the artwork in any way without my consent.
Order process
✦ DM me with the details of the commission after reading the terms
✦ I will inform you whether you got a slot or have to be in a waitlist.
✦ If you get the slot , I will send you an invoice and you need to pay 100% upfront via Paypal
✦ I will send progress checks. You can ask for revisions only before the coloring phase. NO changes are allowed after except for changing the colors .
✦ If you wish for me to change something in the drawing you have previously approved, I will charge you a fee to change it.
✦ Final product should be sent within 1-2 week or longer (depends on how fast you respond, the drawing complexity and how busy i’m)
✦ Final product will be sent through email (in png format).
